New theme added and more.

New theme added:
I chose to make a new theme. Also the homepage has changed color. I thought blue and black was way too dark so I changed it to blue and white. I liek the navbar the best. What do you like? I also need to know what you do not like?

Rule Updates:
I changed the rules of the forum a whole lot. Please reread them. I do not want anyone breaking the rules.

Gallery:
I managed to havea few extra credits. I bought some storage for the gallery. You can post your pictures there. Go tot forum help to read the gallery rules though.
